At INO USA we provide high quality lightweight conveyor belts that are customized for all your conveying needs.
We manufacture belts with all different types of thermoplastics such as PVC conveyor belts, Oil and fat resistant PVC conveyor belts, PU conveyor belts, polyolefin conveyor belts, etc. We produce various styles of lightweight belting more efficiently than any other belting manufacturer. And we do this by making everything from scratch and also by having an incredible amount of production capacity:
STEP 1 – EXTRUSION
We extrude our own monofilament fibers with the 2 extrusion lines we have for it.
STEP 2 – WEAVING
With those fibers we then weave our own fabrics anywhere from 2 meters to 4.5 meters wide. This allows highly customizable fabrics, super fast delivery and quality control from the start.
STEP 3 – APPLYING THERMOPLASTIC
Once we have our fabrics ready, then we apply the thermoplastic to them via knife coating, dipping tanks and extrusion.
15 PRODUCTION LINES
In total, we have 15 productions lines (2021). No kidding, 15 production lines!!! This allows us to have 26 million square feet production capacity of belting per shift!
